Shanghai- and Paris-based Chinese multimedia artist Yi Zhou, whose work was seen last year as part of Phillip Lim&rsquo coach3折包包;s “4 X 3.1″ project, at Nicola Formichetti’s “Nicola’s” Pop-Up in New York, and more recently in luxury eyewear brand Persol’s “8 Days of Persol” ad campaign, linked up with yet another big name last week, taking part in the grand opening of Chanel’s globetrotting &ldquo lv包包價格型號;The Little Black Jacket” exhibition as it pulled into Hong Kong. Along with portraits of Chinese stars like Tang Wei, a photo of Yi Zhou by Karl Lagerfeld was included in the show.
Currently working with the Parisian jewelry brand La Maison Gripoix on a capsule collection, Yi Zhou was recently named as Gripoix’s co-art director, along with founder Marie Keslassy.
